This is REal Yoga for REal People so you can move better, feel better and connect with your true nature, Welcome back to the Moving at the Speed of our Body Series, this class is about yoga and living without effort. Today’s yoga class will be all restorative yoga postures: child’s pose with a bolster, downward facing dog with props, a reclined twist with a bolster, reclined bound angle pose and a side lying savasana. By practicing on our mats without effort we have a perfect container for letting go of striving and struggle in our lives as well.

You have a choice whenever you do something, to try harder, to apply effort or to let go and allow yourself to flow naturally with the world around you. Focus on what you are doing, allow your attention to go into it, but you do not need to strain. As we are only a couple of days away from the Christmas here, it is easy to get caught up in the energy of excessive effort and struggle. We overwork and exhaust ourselves. Today we will explore letting go of effort, starting right here.

A Simple But Effective Guide To Lose Belly Fat After 30, 40, 50 and Above
The surest way to undermine your plans is to lose motivation. Sometimes, it is because you are hesitant as to where to start. Other times, it could be because you keep procrastinating, and you think it can wait for another day. The advice in this article presents you with ways to design a fun and creative workout routine that fits your personal style and preferences.

Turn on the radio while you are working out. Your body will not be able to resist the rhythm of the music. It is natural for people to respond to music. The music's beats and rhythms will make your workout a lot more fun. When you listen to music while you are working out, it will be fun, and you will be able to keep going. Incorporating music into your workout routine can make time fly by faster so you exercise for longer.

Bring some friends along with you to your workouts. This will make exercising more fun because it will feel more social. By having someone to chat with, your workout seems to fly by. Working out with friends helps you forget how fatigued you may feel by keeping your mind focused on conversing instead. To try and make exercising more enjoyable and fun, you should ask friends to join you.

Consider trying out a video game like Wii Fit if you have a hard time motivating yourself for exercise. Video game workouts are a lot of fun, and your enjoyment helps distract you from being tired. Staying focused on the video game might help keep your mind off the rigorous workout you're putting your body through, and if nothing else, it's just a nice way to spice up your routine. This makes it easy for you to keep pumping away. Meanwhile, your body does not even realize it is ready to fall over.

Looking and feeling good as you work out will make you want to go to the gym more often. Spend some money on workout gear that fits you comfortably and that you look great in. Just be sure that it is something that you don't feel self-conscious wearing. If you look good, you will be motivated to workout at the gym.

You will tire of doing the same exercise every single day, over and over. If you don't enjoy your workout, chances are you won't continue. By switching things up when they start to get dull, you will keep the excitement in your workouts. This is essential if you want to stick with the exercise plan. If you quit for even a few days, it can be hard to build up that momentum again.

Rewarding yourself is an excellent way to look forward to exercising. Give yourself little rewards to keep yourself going. Make sure to choose your rewards in a smart way. Have a sliver of cheesecake, or buy yourself that book you've been wanting to read. You can make this reward simple but worthwhile even if you are on a budget. Being enthusiastic and keeping your motivation flowing will help you reach your goals.

Working out is not a punishment and should not be viewed as one! Be sure to include some fun exercise in your workouts, such as playing basketball or biking, so that you will enjoy it. Make your exercise more fun with these tips.
