Arm springs w/shoulder bridge is an intermediate exercise. Set up as you would for arm springs with your knees bent. Press your arms to straight and then lift your hips off the mat. Lower your hips and lift your arms. You can repeat this 3-5x. Add triceps presses for an added challenge.

Part of your fitness plan should include buying some flattering workout clothes. Wearing unfashionable, poorly fitted exercise clothing will surely discourage you from exercising regularly. By having exciting workout apparel, you will gain motivation for exercising.


So you don't get bored, vary your exercise routine. It's essential that you find ways to maintain your interest and remain focused on your aspirations. By varying your exercise regime, you are more likely to stay engaged and not as likely to skip your workout.


When you achieve a fitness goal, give yourself a reward. Even the simplest of rewards can provide you with the motivation you need. Try buying yourself a movie or some cd you want Find something that you really want to do, but have not done in awhile. You should chose a reward that you have really wanted in order to help yourself feel motivated.


Exercising can be made fun. It does not have to be looked at as boring. There are many ways you can make exercise fun. Give some consideration to the following ideas as you begin creating your workout plan.
