These Gluten Totally free Brownies with Combined Berry Buttercream are completely ideal for spring and would make any brunch or Mother’s Day just a bit brighter and sweeter. For this a person bowl surprise I went with my ever beloved Bob’s Pink Mill Gluten Totally free one:one Baking Flour. It bakes up like a dream and there is no have to have for added xanthan gum, tapioca starch, or any other filler ingredients. Nope, just regular flour that performs lifetime a appeal and transpires to be gluten no cost. I like this stuff!

Some gluten no cost flours will create a grainy or even gooey texture but I can say that this a person does not, at the very least not in this recipe! This is a brownie that you will go back to time following time. It is also uncomplicated to combine up by incorporating in added fillings (chocolate chips, cacao nibs, crushed COCONUT BUTTER CUPS(!!!)) Yeah, these are only constrained by your imagination.

For this version I retained it easy by leaving the brownie base as is and opting for a blended berry buttercream. This couldn’t be simpler possibly! I only pureed raspberries + blueberries and strained out the solids then whipped a bit of the juice into the frosting. The final result is a fruity buttercream that’s the ideal icing on the cake, uh brownies.

You can also consider an uncomplicated route and pick up a tub of pre-produced frosting if you really don't have the time to make your personal. I use about 2 tablespoons of juice for every cup of frosting.
