Now that you've learned Virabhadrasana II (Warrior 2), you're now ready to learn how to bind while in the posture as the Break It Down Tutorial series continues. This is giant shoulder opener as well as a nice hip stretch, leg and side body strengthener. Use discretion as you move into the bind and listen to your body!
