Pilates Exercise: Double Knee Fold: Obliques



Cassidy is teaching Cara Double Knee Folds:Obliques.
This basic exercise focuses on core stability with an emphasis on the external obliques. We give this out for homework once our client has an understanding of how to engage in the core while maintaining a neutral pelvis. This exercise is not intended for clients with core or SI dysfunction.
