So, I'm going to demonstrate how to do mountain climbers with the gliders. So, the first thing you're going to do is put them behind you because your toes are going to go right in the center. You're going to be on your hands and you'er just going to lift your knees up off the ground.
What you're going to do is you're gong to bring one knee in and alternate with the opposite. So, one important thing here is we want to keep your knees inside our elbows at all times. And the other cue here is I don't really want to see your hips coming up and down so you really want to stay engaged, you want to stay in control.You could speed it up but just make sure that you're not coming up and down with your hips and that's how you do mountain climbers with the gliders.
