Death By Burpees | Total Body Fitness | Sarah Grace Fitness

You cannot die from this workout, but it is definitely challenging! Give it a shot and go at your own pace!

The workout is as follows:
A building clock starting from 0
At minute 0-1 you will do 1 Burpee. With each new minute you will add a Burpee. So for instance by minute 8 you will be performing 8 Burpees on the minute. You will go until there is no time left in your minute for you to complete your Burpees.

Make sure you get clothes that look good on you. Having new clothes can make you feel motivated to shed pounds. There are lots of different styles and colors that make it fun to pick out clothing. Wearing your new exercise clothes makes you want to get going for a walk, a run, or a trip to the gym.


Repetition and boredom go hand in hand. Therefore, it is important that you switch your exercise routine up. Instead of always running on a treadmill, switch it up by going outside. Keeping your exercise routine varied means that you will stay motivated and reach your fitness goals.


When you hit your goal, you should give yourself a reward prompt you to keep on working toward the next goal. Your reward does not have to be big or fancy; it can as simple as a small portion of a delicious dessert or something new to wear. No matter what you choose, try to have fun.
