(Starting Position)

- To begin, grab a dumbbell with one hand and rest that arm on a preacher bench.

- Hold the weight with your arm extended in front of you and your palm facing up.

- Keep your shoulder fixed at the top of the bench and your back straight. Stabilize yourself by resting your other arm on the bench.

(First Movement)

- Now, exhale as you lift the dumbbell by flexing your biceps.

- Continue the movement until the weight is close to your shoulder and your biceps are fully contracted.
