Superset 1:
Behind the head lat pull-down 12 reps
Underhand close-grip pull-down 12 reps
4 SETS

Superset 2:
Bent over cable row 12 reps
Bent over cable rear delt raise 12 reps
4 SETS

Superset 3:
Seated wide grip lat complex 8 reps
Laying down cable bicep curl 12 reps
3 SETS

Superset 4:
Wide grip barbell bicep curl 15 reps
Dumbbell bicep curl (palms in) 15 reps
