SHOULD WOMEN TRAIN CHEST | FULL CHEST AND TRICEP WORKOUT | CADIEVFIT



Should women train their chest? Will training your chest shrink breast size? What types of exercises target the chest? In this video, I share my thoughts on the subject.

THE WORKOUT
1. Overhead Tricep Extension: 3X20-25 (moderate weight)
2. Decline PushUps: 3X12-15
3. SuperSet | Chest Flyes | Chest Press
15 Chest Flyes followed by 15 Chest Press (15 lb. dumbbells)
4. Narrow Dumbbell PushUps: 3X10 (drop to knees when you can't
do one more full pushup)
5. Tricep PushDown: 3X12-15 (last 3 reps should be challenging)
6. Incline Bench Press: 3 Sets
1st Set: No Weight 15-20 reps
2nd Set: Add 5-10 lb plates 12-15 reps
3rd Set: Add 5 lb plates 10-12 reps

CARDIO
15-20 Minutes Stair Master
