In this class, we'll warm up and tone abdominal muscles and we'll break down and learn Bakasana (Crow or Crane pose). Another arm balance, Eka Pada Koundinyasana (sometimes called scissors) is also included. This video is good for someone with some yoga experience. As always, work at your own pace, press pause and rest when you need to. If you experience pain, stop immediately! Please comment with any questions and class requests.
