Fat Busting smoothie recipe:
You will want:
2 cups fresh spinach
one carrot
1 celery stalk
two tbs apple cider vinegar
1/two cup apple juice
1 banana

Instructions: Area all components in your Blender. You can include couple of pieces of ice. Blend for two-3 minutes or until smooth. Add extra apple juice if it is too thick.
This will make two eight oz glasses.
