- Preheat oven to 220°C | 425°F.
- In a medium-sized shallow bowl, whisk with each other two tablespoons olive oil with each other with the lime juice, chopped cilantro, chili flakes, garlic, sugar and cumin. Add the hen thighs to the marinade and toss to evenly coat. Go over and refrigerate thighs for 15 minutes.
- Heat the remaining just one tablespoon of oil in a non adhere pan or forged iron skillet more than medium-superior warmth.
