We’re blasting through 300-400 calories with this super sweaty, LOW IMPACT (quiet!) all-cardio PROGRESSIVE HIIT workout. Just over 40 minutes of heart-pounding CARDIO with NO JUMPING means this workout is a challenge for your heart and lungs, but easy on your knees and downstairs neighbors!

Where I was SORE the Next Day: As expected, my butt reminded me that there were lots (and lots!) of curtsy lunges

⌛ HIIT timer is set for 10 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for Round One; work intervals increase by 10 seconds each Round while rest remains the same.

MAIN WORKOUT (complete FIVE rounds):
Side Reaches
Big Arm Curtsy Lunges
Side Shuffles
Kick Jacks
Double Knees
High Knee Rainbow Jacks
Reach Low Kick Highs (one interval each side)
Forward Hinge Arm Flappers
Mountain Flyers (one interval each side)
Walking Burpees

FINISHER (one minute each side with no rest between):
Overhead Drinky Bird with Swinging Soldier
