Failure to get in shape is not the result of doing an exercise inappropriately. What gets people stuck in a rut is no substantial desire or information on how to get in shape. You can find your way to an enjoyable workout routine if you make your workout interesting.
There's something about music that gets your body moving. It is hard to resist singing along or moving to the beat of your favorite music. Not having music in your workout is almost a crime. Turn up the music and get moving. Music can lift your spirits and give you the extra push you need to follow through with your fitness goals.
