In this video, we are talking about how do we get rid of that lower belly pooch. There are 4 things that you can attribute lower belly pooch to.
The first is FAT. To lose fat, you lose that through a deficit in calories (increase intensity of workouts and eat less).
The 2nd is BLOATING or water retention which is caused by eating artificial sweeteners and a high processed food diet. Another things is ALLERGENS which can cause the bloating. Gluten and Lactose are common culprits. You will want to eliminate these foods and see if this will reduce bloating. Hormones, different times of the month can also contribute to bloating.
The 3rd is EXTRA SKIN. You can lose overall fat and develop muscles to change the appearance. The skin may not go completely back but you can change the appearance.
The 4th is the anterior pelvic tilt can create that pooch. By correcting this you can drastically fix the appearance of the pooch!

A Easy But Fast Program To Lose Weight After 30, 40, 50 and Above
People do not fail to become fit because they are doing a specific exercise the wrong way. Usually the lack of motivation or knowledge is what keeps people from reaching their goal. The secret to committing to getting fit is finding a way to enjoy your workouts.
While you're exercising you should blast the volume on your mp3 player. There is scientific evidence showing that music improves workouts by distracting you from the fatigue that you are feeling. When you are deciding on music to work out to, pick songs that will uplift you and make you want to move. Once you hear the rhythm and the beat, you will just start moving to the music naturally. One of the best ways to ensure that you maintain a steady pace throughout your workout is to implement this strategy. Sing along with the lyrics and the time will seem to fly!
When you have a friend by your side, exercise can be a lot more fun. Workout time is a great time to catch up on the latest news with a buddy. This will make the time go by faster, and you will forget about exercising. That's one great thing about having friends!
To break up the monotony, try using exercise videos. You should have a number of them, offering plenty of variety. Your dedication to the workout occurs almost naturally because you are not thinking about how tired or sore your body is. Instead, the jamming music uplifts you to the point you feel like you could go much longer.
You may be embarrassed to be seen while working out. Wearing becoming workout outfits can really add to your self confidence. There are a large variety of options available in exercise clothing. Choose workout gear that makes you feel comfortable, but also is a little fun. By doing this, you will be far more likely to look forward to exercising.
Repeating the same old routine over and over would bore and demotivate anyone. This is why having a variety of exercises to select from each week is important. If you usually use a treadmill all the time, you may want to go out for a walk or run to change it up. You are more likely to stay motivated to keep exercising regularly if you change your routine from time to time.
When you have reached a goal, give yourself a treat. Even simple rewards can work wonders. Get yourself a book you have been wanting to read or a new outfit. Pick something that you can easily attain, but have been avoiding. Pick something you really want as a reward for staying focused on your goals.
There's no rulebook that says you can't have fun while working out. One key the enjoying your workout is having the right attitude going in. Change your views towards getting fit by keeping a positive attitude.
