Teaser on the Reformer - Exercise Demo - Profitable Pilates

Coordinaton on the Reformer is an intermediated Pilates Exercise. Lying on your back legs long over the footbar hugging together. tailbone is not on the edge but close. Your chest is long over the other end with arms long by your side. Inhale curl your head up and exhale roll your body up to teaser articulating one bone at a time. Land with toes and eyes at the same level. Lift and lower your arms 3x. Roll down one bone at a time eyes and toes move at the same rate.

Reps: 3 sets of 3

Have several different routines that you can rotate through to help you avoid monotony. This boredom must be eliminated so that you can stay on track and achieve your goals. Altering your exercise pattern will help you stay interested in your exercise routine.


Celebrate all of your accomplishments along the way. You should reward yourself even for the more trivial goals. You persevered and stuck with the task until the bitter end! Take the family to the movies and have some popcorn with no butter. Buying new clothes to fit your new size is also a great way to stay motivated. Knowing that you are working towards a reward is really motivating. As you move towards it, envision how much you will enjoy it.
